Katrina: Hi! My name is Katrina and I love food. I have always been fascinated, as long as I can remember, by cooking shows with how the chefs formulate recipes, combine different ingredients and create flavourful masterpieces. Cooking is an art and a magic, and it is an art I greatly appreciate. I love to cook, both my own recipes and recipes from cook books, I love to watch others cook, I love to eat at restaurants and I love to learn. For years now I have had multiple people tell me that I should start writing my own food blog. When they would hear me describe my favourite dishes or a food video I enjoyed watching, see the passion and delight in my eyes, they could see that this is a dream I should pursue. And they were right. I want to share my passion and my views about how incredible the world of food can be. I may be a newbie and learning things on my, own one step at a time, but I think it will be an exciting adventure to share.
